Cold plunge bath at ReLife Recovery in El Paso

What to Expect

Come dressed in swimwear or athletic wear you don't mind getting wet. A fitting room is available if you'd rather change once you're here. Our tubs are set at different temperatures, from 37°F, our coldest, up to 50°F for a less intense (but still genuinely cold) option, so you can choose based on your comfort level and experience. Staff will help you find the right tub and are always present during your session, for safety, to answer questions, and to help as much or as little as you'd like.

How Cold Is It?

Our tubs range from 37°F, our coldest setting, up to 50°F. Both are a real cold plunge. 50°F is simply less intense than 37°F, not warm. Staff can help you pick the temperature that fits you best each visit. There's no requirement to work toward colder water over time. Some guests always choose 50°F, and that's a full cold plunge experience either way.

100% Chemical-Free

100% Chemical-Free

Our cold plunge water uses zero chlorine, bromine, or other chemical treatments. Just clean, cold water. Many guests find the water gentler on eyes and skin, with no chemical smell lingering after your session. It's a cleaner, more natural way to recover.

How Long Should You Stay In?

There's no single right answer. Most people find 20 to 30 seconds is enough to feel the effects, while others stay in 5 minutes or more. Longer doesn't mean better recovery. Always trust what your body is telling you, and get out when it's time.

Staff Support, Your Way

Some people want quiet: just them, the cold, and their own focus. Others want a coach counting off 30-second marks and helping them breathe through the first plunge. Tell us which one you are, and we'll match it. Either way, staff is always present for safety and questions.

A Note on Safety: Please talk to a physician before your first session if you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have uncontrolled high blood pressure, since cold plunge may not be safe for these conditions.
